I'm a 30 year old girl living in a small town in sunny Southern Alberta and working in Communications in Lethbridge. I am always looking for my next adventure no matter how large or small and try to stay outside as much as possible.

Adjusting to a gluten & dairy free lifestyle and focusing on living an active life! I like to think I'm still a jock and try to fit in as much fun and sports as possible.

Why Betty LIVIN?

Besides being the name of my former true love, my Jeep, a Betty was originally a term for a girl who surfs and/or snowboards. Lately, it is taking on a broader meaning of an outdoorsy girl.

LIVIN because you have to "Just keep livin'. L-I-V-I-N!"
